Seaspan Corporation announced in a press release Tuesday Tina Lai has been appointed to the newly-created position of chief human resources officer.
Lai will provide leadership in all aspects of Seaspan’s functions relating to human capital, including talent acquisition, communications, training and development and total performance rewards.
Lai has 20 years of experience as a results-oriented human resources professional.
Camden’s Campbell Soup Co. announced Wednesday it has appointed Xavier Boza as senior vice president, chief human resources officer.
Boza will be responsible for Campbell’s global human resources, including talent acquisition and management, organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefits, and diversity and inclusion.
He will report to Keith McLoughlin, Campbell interim CEO and president, effective August 1. Boza will succeed Robert Morrissey, who is retiring from the company after 15 years.
