Hopkins Manufacturing Corp. announced the addition of Pat Tuttle as vice president and chief human resources officer. Tuttle will lead and direct all human resource-related activities for Hopkins at its 10 locations around the world.
Most recently, Tuttle was the vice president of human resources and strategic business partner for Reichhold LLC, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of unsaturated polyester resins.
Tuttle’s extensive educational background includes a bachelor of arts degree in business (BBA), with a concentration in human resource management and a Master of Business Administration degree, both from the University of Toledo.

After meeting in closed session Wednesday, the Oneida County Labor Relations and Employee Services Committee approved an annual salary increase of around $2,000 for county human resources director Lisa Charbarneau.
Charbarneau, who will be at the county’s pay grade “S” at step “8” effective Jan. 13, will receive an annual salary of $84,896, an increase of around 2.5 percent.
